We ordered for lunch for the team at Empire Today and the food was phenomenal! The whole team was happy after lunch today. Sandra helped me with the to go order and truly phenomenal service she was amazing. Definitely ordering lunch and will be stopping in again. Thank you Sandra!!!
Can I first just start by saying Marco was a true MVP from start to finish he was very kind. Coming to our table making sure we were OK or if we needed anything. His interaction with other customers was the same as well. Amazing food great location all the staff everyone was so kind and friendly and the place was so clean. I will definitely come back!!
Burgers & service were top notch. Totally worth the price. Delicious sides too (tried the tots, fresh made potato chips, and string fries). Even our picky teen loved the burger. Emerson was our server & she was super nice & checked on us often. Nice atmosphere too. Highly recommend.
Our Team recently ordered from Krafted Burger Bar in Elmhurst and it was amazing! The food was delicious and the atmosphere and service were exceptional. I had the opportunity to work with Sandra and she was great! We will come back again because of her! 5 stars!
Got a City Centre gift card and found out this location took them. Based on other reviews, when looking for a good burger, I figured it was worth checking out. There is a free parking garage nearby as well as some street parking available. We were seated quickly and there was alot of seating options throughout the restaurant. I tried the Mango margarita and would get it again. I can admit that I am picky with the type of fries I like and their seasoned ones were tasty. I was happy with my burger and my friend enjoyed her chicken sandwich so much that within the last 3 weeks, she has gone back twice for it. A cool feature was one side of the restaurant had a glass garage looking door, so with it opened you could tell there was a nice air flow. I would recommend checking them out especially since the staff knocked it out of the ballpark when it comes to serving up some great customer service.
Despite losing their liquor license which hopefully is temporary. The food and service is excellent it makes up for the loss of alcohol. I'm hoping that one day I'll be able to enjoy a craft beer while there but until then we'll be coming back for dinners and friendly faces they always treat my daughters like Queens when we're there. Thank you guys hope everything with the license works out.
I was eating my food 5 minutes after walking in. Everything was great. Best fries I ever had. My waiter Carlos was awesome, it’s hard to find his level of enthusiasm and friendliness in restaurants nowadays.
One of the nicest burgers iv had! As a vegetarian, im a very picky eater. We called ahead of time to question about the veggie option. Carlos was very patient in answering all of our questions. That ended up making us drive to the restaurant and wanting to try it. (Leaving the oak brook mall area with so many options). Overall food and service were 10/10 for us! I forgot to take the waitress’s name but both were great people! Thank you! Highly recommended this place to everyone, we will definitely come back! :)
